These terms apply to use of this website. Specific hire, event-production and equipment-sale terms are supplied with each quotation, booking confirmation or invoice and take priority where they differ from these general website terms.
Quotations and bookings
Submitting an enquiry does not create a confirmed booking or sale. Availability, inclusions, freight, staffing, timing, payment requirements and quotation validity are confirmed in writing. A booking or order is confirmed only when the requirements stated in the quotation or invoice have been met.
Equipment information
Product descriptions and photographs are provided to help customers select an appropriate system. Specifications, appearance and included accessories may change. We will confirm the proposed configuration before an order is finalised.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate event, access, delivery and equipment-use information. Hire customers are responsible for reasonable care, security and return of equipment in accordance with their quotation or hire agreement.
Website use
You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or reproduce protected material without permission.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited as described in the applicable quotation, agreement or invoice.
