Freight quotations
Freight is calculated according to the equipment quantity, packed size, destination, timing and service level. The delivery cost and expected timing will be shown in your quotation before confirmation.
Dispatch and delivery
Dispatch occurs after the applicable order or booking requirements have been completed. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by carriers, weather, access restrictions and other circumstances outside our control.
Receiving equipment
Please inspect delivered equipment promptly and contact us as soon as possible if packaging is damaged, items are missing or equipment does not match the confirmed order.
Hire returns
Return timing, packaging and labels for dry-hire equipment are provided with the booking. Late, incomplete or improperly packed returns may incur costs under the applicable hire agreement.
